  • How do I change my order?

    You'll first want to pull up your order. If you placed your order while logged in to your account, login and choose Your Account from the drop-down menu under your username. On your Account page, select Orders from the left-hand side, and find the order you'd like to update from your Order History.

  • How can I track my order?

    The delivery carrier usually tries to deliver your package 3 times before they return it to the warehouse. To avoid delays in delivery, we recommend that you make yourself available to sign for your signature-required package. To make sure you get your order, you might need to sign for your package at the time of delivery.

  • I placed an order but haven't received a confirmation email

    Firstly take a look at your previous orders on your account screen, often items will be marked as dispatched during the final stages of prep as our system prints a label when goods are being QC checked, that said the most accurate update will be via the supplied tracking number.

  • Why was my order cancelled?

    If you don't receive your order: Contact our support within 14 calendar days from your latest expected delivery estimate. To find your missing package, you must follow up at the shipping address you provided. If you’re still unable to locate the package, contact our support within 14 days of delivery.
