Our 2 Year Warranty (1 Year parts & 2 Year Labour) covers hardware failure and software faults such as but not limited to;
Overheating GPU and Mainboard faults
Corrupt software due to incorrect drivers/operating system
Faulty Hard drive (For desktop PCs only, No cover against data loss)

How to Claim
Please contact us by email, telephone, or fill in our returns form found in a link at the bottom of our website. We will give you instructions on sending the unit back along with an RMA number. Any repair or replacement for our refurbished laptops will be handled within 3-5 working days. Any repair for new laptops will be forwarded to the manufacturer at which point they will inform us of their handling time.
We will cover the cost of a returns courier for any confirmed fault or defect within the first three months of purchase. After which, we can make a recommendation of which courier to use. Please use our packing guide to ensure that the item does not arrive to us damaged as we cannot be held liable for damage caused in transit.
Please note Accidental damage cover is not included with this package
Accidental damage includes (But is not limited to):-
× Viruses and Malware
We also cannot cover the in-between, Such as system slowing down due to maintenance procedure not being carried out correctly, Hardware or Software DIY Upgrades or ‘Acts of God’ Natural disaster etc.
Should our engineer suspect any damage to be caused by accidental damage your claim will be voided and we will forward an invoice for any work carried out and/or courier costs
