REFUND POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. For any item which is not defective and is received in an unsellable condition a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund or the item may be rejected.

Gaming PC Returns

All system returns will be processed within 14 working days. We advise our customers that the cellophane attached to the system should be intact. Any Gaming System which is returned in the following conditions will be evaluated, and should there be any discrepancy a 25% restocking fee will apply;


A - Systems returned under our 30-day change of mind policy that are not in resellable condition, and cannot be resold as 'New' condition

B - Items returned damaged by the courier due to insufficient packaging. If the item has been collected by our courier a claim will be raised and we will reimburse any claim amount minus admin fees and any restocking fees amounting to a minimum of £50 per order

C - Systems returned under the wrong returns reasons. If the item was returned to us as faulty/defective, but is found by our technicians to be of working condition and fit for purpose, and cannot be resold as 'New' condition

Faulty / Defective items


We have a full tech support program in place. We ask our buyers to firstly allow us to attempt to diagnose or fix the issue either remotely or via our RMA process. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Change of Mind Returns

For remorse returns, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. The cost of shipping the item is to be paid by the buyer and will not be reimbursed. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cost of return

We cover the cost of collection and will arrange a courier collection on any item returns that are deemed as faulty within the first 30 days for refunds or 3 months for RMA warranty repair
