HOW TO PACK YOUR RMA RETURN

Proper Packing for RMA Success


On the odd occasion that our systems are not delivered in the expected condition we can accept the unit in for repair. We can send a courier to you on a convenient day to collect the system.

Please read on for packing instructions.

PLEASE DONT!

x Wrap the item in plastic, carrier bags or wrap

x Ship the item without any packaging

x Send any accessories, we only require the system if that's what our technician determines as the cause of the issue

x Send the system in an oversized box

PLEASE DO!

Pack the system with a minimum of 5 layers of Large bubble wrap or 15 layers of thin bubble wrap

Use as much void fill as possible and ensure the system survives the shake test when sealed

Double box the system where possible

NO PACKAGING TO HAND?

We want to ensure that the system arrives with us in one piece as failure to pack well doesn't allow us the opportunity to help you as best we can! If you don't have any packaging available we can send you a ready-made box at only £14.99.

SHIPPING LABEL

For collections via DPD within the UK our courier will bring a label, so you wont need to write anything on the package or apply a label.

REPAIR TURNAROUND

Our technician would have made you aware during your tech support call of the average repair turnaround. Generally, these are:
Small repairs: 1-2 days before reshipment
Repairs requiring parts: 2-5 days before reshipment
